Custome Service at 407 ETR wins prestigious awards

SQM Group has recognised our highway's work by awarding the staff and management group for achievements in first call resolution, best practices and certified world class call center service representatives

Customer Service at 407 ETR has been recognized by the prestigious Service Quality Measurement (SQM) Group. This independent body, which is responsible for measuring, assessing and advising call centres worldwide, has recognised our highway’s work by awarding the staff and management group some of the industrys most highly coveted recognitions for achievements in first call resolution, best practices and certified world class call center service representatives.

The independent SQM group conducts hundreds of follow-up surveys with 407 ETR customers that have contacted the call center and asks them their opinion of the service they received. 407 ETR customers consistently express their high level of satisfaction with 407 ETR Customer Services through the companys call center in Woodbridge, Ontario Canada.

Answering 80% of calls received in less than 30 seconds, answering questions and resolving any issues during the first call to 407 ETR remains the most highly valued aspects of good customer service.

José Ángel Tamariz, President and Chief Executive Officer of 407 ETR, explained “ensuring fast, safe and reliable travel is the infrastructure’s recipe for success, and the provision of consistent and excellent customer services continues to support that goal as we help customers both on and off the road”.

“High levels of satisfaction are key to our business. We want to offer customers a high value of service”, says Tamariz.

The many complex structures along the 41km alignment, such as the 800m viaduct and New England Highway dual arch bridges, were considered just some of the innovative features.
